PCMS have taken part in the 2010 Call Centre Expo. We were delighted to be part of this event for the 2nd year running. Whilst we were there we researched the new technology including diallers and headsets that were being demoed, as well as discussing the PCMS service with a number of visitors.
The PCMS stand was well manned due to the number of services PCMS Contact Centre offer. Visitors discussed telemarketing, inbound help lines, service desk, IVR and customer support both technical and non-technical with the PCMS team.
We hope all that attended the event enjoyed it and were able to get as much out of this years Expo as PCMS have.

Inforalgo chose PCMS to provide a telemarketing campaign based on their previous experience of the Company’s quality approach to clients. By having a 24/7 Contact Centre with experience in delivering international campaigns PCMS were able to accommodate the international basis of Inforaglo’s clientele. The PCMS agents were enthusiastic and well prepared delivering a consistent marketing message for Inforalgo and gaining more customer information as an added benefit including a number of booked appointments and leads.
